What previously took two to three hours per application now takes minutes. The system is live and has been actively used throughout my own job search, producing tailored application packages at a pace that would be impossible to maintain manually.
The Outcome
A fully automated application document pipeline triggered by a single form submission. The system accepts a company name, job URL, job description, and LinkedIn search terms. It fetches and processes the posting, passes it to Claude, and generates a tailored resume and cover letter matched to the specific role. Both documents are uploaded to a structured Google Drive folder, the application is logged to a tracking sheet, and the complete package is delivered via Gmail with ATS keyword score, human recruiter fit score, and written scoring rationale attached.
What I Built
